Lakeside Landing · Waterfront w/ Private Dock | Deerfield Resort

Loved staying at this house. the spacious kitchen and great room made family gathering time enjoyable as we could all be together. The boat house and piers gave great access for boating and swimming. Some maintenance repairs are needed including replacing the toilet seat on the bathroom off the kitchen, assuring that the overhead light and fan work in the bedroom behind the kitchen, replacing the toilet internals in the lower level master bathroom, and fix the shower door so that it closes in the lower level master bath.

Big house. 6 bathrooms were wonderful for all. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, plates and utensils. Kuerig with supply of coffee was a wonderful surprise. Dock in quiet cove. Wonderful furniture on deck and dock. Walk to dock better than most places we has stayed. Nice paved roads to house. Not a steep driveway, room for 5 cars. Great place to spend a family vacation with 5 families ranging from 3 to 71. Basement with pool table, fooseball and pool was alot of fun. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, but I highly recommend that the owner renovates some portions of the property. In particular some of the inside stairs seem to be close to failure and could lead to serious injuries. Similarly, the entire dock seems to be in disrepair and is littered with dangerous elements, especially for anyone who may have just climbed out of the water and may be a little wet. Please make some upgrades to keep the property a safe place to visit

The house was perfect for our annual lake trip with 10 adults. The house was very clean. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. The proximity to several marinas was very nice. We spent a lot of time swimming by the dock.

We had an enjoyable few days at the house. Everything was as advertised, but it was tough to get to the dock for anyone with any stability issues.
